Set up a bar night end to end: record three scenes, build a Sound-to-Light Club preset, sync to BPM, prepare a playlist, and hand the panel to a phone.
You already have a venue patched in Relackout: six LED PAR RGBWs and a strobe, grouped as All PARs and Strobe. This guide takes that patch all the way through a full bar or club night: three scenes, a Sound-to-Light preset for the dance floor, lights locked to the beat, a playlist, a control panel for the bartender, and remote access from a phone. None of these mechanics get re-taught here — each section links to the page that covers it in full. This page is about how they fit together on one night.
Two groups are already built from this patch: All PARs (all six PARs) and Strobe (the one strobe). Patching and the address map covers patching fixtures like these from scratch, and Groups covers building a group like All PARs — the same group Sound-to-Light reaches for below.
Record three scenes: Welcome, Dance Floor, Ambient
We need three quick looks for the night: a warm Welcome for the door, a full-power Dance Floor once the crowd builds, and a soft Ambient for between sets.

Click Back twice to get back to the home screen; open Fixture Control, click Clear.
Click the play button on the Night Playlist row; while it plays, click the repeat button in the top bar once to switch on Repeat entire playlist. The button’s name only shows as a tooltip; with nothing playing, the same button just loops the current track.
Click Button three times, moving each into the group (its action is already “Scene”); pick “Welcome”, “Dance Floor” and “Ambient” from the Scene list in turn, typing the same name into Button text each time.
That’s the whole night from here: Welcome as guests arrive, start the playlist, Dance Floor once the floor fills — the Club preset is already enabled, so the lights keep breathing with the music on their own — and Ambient between sets. Everything is on this one screen, and in the bartender’s pocket if the phone is connected.
What’s next
Patch to panel: three scenes, a Sound-to-Light preset, BPM sync, a playlist, a Mixer Designer panel and remote access, all in one night. The scenarios section also covers a theatre show and everyday use in a bar or club; if something in the rig itself isn’t behaving, troubleshooting is next.
