Relackout

Billing and subscription

How to buy a plan, monthly/yearly/lifetime billing, currencies, invoices, cancelling, renewal and refunds — all in the customer portal.

Buying Relackout, changing your billing interval, viewing an invoice or cancelling a subscription all happen in the customer portal, not on this website or inside the desktop app. This page explains how a plan is purchased, what the three billing intervals and four currencies mean, where to manage a subscription from both the site and the app, and what cancelling, renewing and requesting a refund look like.

How to buy a plan

The Pricing page lets you pick a currency and a billing interval with the currency and interval switchers before you buy. The site remembers your choice, so you don’t have to repeat it on later visits. Every plan card’s Buy now button — and the View plans on portal link further down the page — opens the customer portal’s plans page in a new tab. That’s where the purchase itself is completed. The Trial plan has no billing interval to pick; its card shows the trial length instead of a price (for example “Free for 14 days”).

Billing intervals: monthly, yearly, lifetime

Relackout plans can be billed Yearly (the default selection), Monthly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The interval switcher only shows intervals that actually have a price in your selected currency, so not every plan/currency combination offers all three. A lifetime card shows its amount with a small note underneath (“One-time payment · covers the current major version”) instead of a recurring price; monthly and yearly cards show ”/ monthly” or ”/ yearly” next to the amount.

Currency

The site supports two currencies: TRY (₺) and USD ($). If you’re visiting from Turkey you see TRY by default; everywhere else defaults to USD. If you switch currency manually, the site remembers that choice too.

Managing your subscription, invoices and payment method

Changing plans, updating your billing interval or payment method, and viewing invoices all happen in the customer portal. From inside the desktop app, the Account & License section in Settings summarizes your plan, status, remaining days and expiry date, with two buttons at the bottom of the section: Upgrade plan opens the portal’s billing page directly, and Profile in customer panel opens the portal’s profile page. Both open your system’s default browser — not a window inside the app. If your license has expired or is no longer valid, the license screen the app shows you also includes a Go to my account button that leads to the same billing page.

Cancelling and renewal

Cancel an auto-renewing subscription before its renewal date and you won’t be charged for the next term. Once a renewal has already gone through, partial refunds for the rest of that period generally aren’t offered — exceptional cases are reviewed by support. Lifetime licenses never renew and are never charged again.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Relackout is digital content delivered instantly after payment. If you haven’t activated your license on a device yet, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase; activating it ends your right of withdrawal. If the license has been actively used and the product works as documented, refunds generally aren’t granted, except in exceptional cases like a serious technical incompatibility or an unresolved critical bug, which support reviews individually. You can open a refund request from the customer portal or as a support ticket — using the Billing category — with your account email, license or order number, and the reason for the request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible; bank delays and exchange-rate differences can affect the final amount.

What’s next

For what each plan actually includes and what happens when you hit a limit, see Plans and limits. To start a trial and create an account in the first place, see Install and start your free trial. Moving a license to a new computer is covered in Device activation, and if a license shows as expired or invalid in the app, License and activation issues walks through why.
